Questions
Do studio masters pay separately?
No. The studio pays for all its masters with one plan. If a master also wants their own page separate from the studio, that’s a separate subscription
What happens if I don’t pay?
Your dashboard and all data stay. Your page still opens, but online booking is switched off and you’re temporarily hidden from the catalog
Do you take a commission on bookings or deposits?
No. Deposits go straight to your payment provider or card, we take no percentage
How much do SMS cost?
We send reminders via Telegram — it’s free. There are no SMS at launch
How do I cancel?
